seem cheap enough but are they good replacement for fucked up stock ones?

yeah stay away from e-gay, especially when it comes to important stuff. if you want cheap drill the subframe to take care of the offset buy hockey pucks and washers with grade 10 bolts and your done with maybe 30$ spent. if you dont want to do that save up for the jto's or some nismo or cuscu mounts.

LOL.. if you can find JTO's, they're $50. It's just a piece of Al with a hole in it. It's what I have and what SloPokS13 had.

People have said hockey pucks suck because they degrade over time because they're not treated for heat and slowly crumble. I can 1UP you and tell him to just use 3M Windo-Weld. It's only $15 total if you can find a caulk gun to use or borrow. Much safer than hockey pucks imho.
